An exceptional breakfast can easily be the best meal of the day. Take your time over a chilled “health shot” of freshly prepared seasonal fruit and vegetable juice. The Cape is world famous for stone fruits, melons, berries, apples and pears. All so fresh, that even the smell is different. Many of the fruits and vegetables are grown right here, on the farm.
Yoghurts, homemade muesli and cereals are followed by either a superb Continental spread or a full breakfast that could include Eggs Benedict, Fresh Ham products from a neighbouring area, Asparagus with a poached egg or the Valley’s best Smoked Salmon Trout. Naturally this is followed by muffins, pastries and homemade preserves.
Real coffee and a variety of teas are served.
